MRS. WILLIAM MOSSER
A Former Well Known Resident of This City, Died at Indianapolis Friday.
The remains of Mrs. Ella Mosser, wife of William Mosser, former residents of this city, arrived on the noon train from Indianapolis and were taken to the home of her sister, Mrs. Martha E. Sherman, west Second street, from where the funeral took place at 4 o'clock this afternoon. Interment was in Springdale cemetery.
The Mosser family consisting of the father and mother and an only daughters, now Mrs. Gertrude Stanley, left this city for Indianapolis about 27 years ago, where they have since resided. While here Mr. Mosser conducted the Grand Hotel east Main street.
The decedent, who had been under treatment for complications for the past seven years, was bedfast the past eleven weeks and passed away at 11 p.m. last Friday. She was about 56 years of age, and although sadly afflicted during her entire illness she bore her sufferings with Christian fortitude and patience.
Besides the deeply bereaved husband and daughter she leaves three sisters and two brothers, as follows: Mrs. Martha E. Sherman and Mrs. S. B. Schooley, west Second street, Mrs. America Crouch, west Main street, Mr. John King, of the Canaan road, and Mr. Melvin King, east Third street, now in Denver, Col., on a business trip. Mr. Mosser and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Stanley accompanied the remains here.
