She wanted to join her father Peter Ware Sr and brothers Peter,Jr. and Nicholas Sr. Her husband and brother Nicholas Ware Sr patentedland in New Kent County on thenorth side of the Mattapony River. Thearea in 1665 was made part of King and Queen County, VA. In "Garrett, Catlett, Ware and Related Families," by Sunie GarrettTalbert Elliott Fisher, 1989, on page 13, the date of birth is given as 2 Feb1635 in Leicestershire,England

It shows her d/o Peter Ware, sothis mus be researched. !Comments from "Four Families..." "Ware from the work 'weir,' a fence ina stream to catch fish. Robert Ware (c1587-c1665), s/o Sir James Ware of Yorkshire Co. Eng. (1568-1632) & Mary Brydan (1572-1632), emigrated to VA Colony with wife Elizabeth or Jane & 2 sons, Peter & Robt. Jr. in 1635/36& settled in Hampton Ph. of York Co. (now Glouster). Sir James Ware wasAuditor General of Ireland & MP (?) from Co. Mallow. Robt's bro James, (1594-1666) succeeded his father and along with his govt. positions became Irelandsmost imminent historian. Robt seceived a grant of 950 ac. on the north side ofthe Mettepony River (1652). In this area is a Ware Parish, Ware church andWare River. Their son Peter, (1614-165?) m. MaryHicks, and their son Peter Jr. (c1635-c.1673) settled on the Rappahannock River & m. Jane Valentine.They had Valentine Ware (1640-1693) of Ware Ph. His wife's history is unknown, butson Valentine Jr. m. Mary Dudley. Valentine Jr. was granted 600 ac. (King &Queen) VA in 1705 & served with his bros. John & Edward, as vestrymen of the Stratton-Major Church (1720-1728). In his book, Wilder indicates thatHenry Ware was the s/o Valentine Jr. & Mary. Nicholas Ware V (1776-1824), adistant cousin of our Henry Ware, was a lawyer in Augusta GA, U.S. Senator(1819-21) & St. Representative f/(Richmond) GA (1809-1815); Ware Co. GA was namedafter him. The house "Ware's Folly" in August was his office and part-timeresidence.
