    Sep 26, 1750 from Elizabeth Wheatly or Stimton and Benjamin Stimton, both of CC, planters, to Francis Wheatley of CC, planter, for 2000 lbs tobacco, a parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called Charley (Charly), lying on the east side of Zachiah Swamp in CC, containing and laid out for about 15.5 acres. Also, part of another tract of land called Millers Choice, lying in CC, containing and laid out for about 24.5 acres.
