    BBe these none to all home [Be this known to all whom it] may concern that I Elisha Stephens being infirm in body and cant Expect to continue long in this life but Strong in Mind & in my proper senses d[o] make this last will & testament to despose of my Es[t]ate both personal and rel Estate Betwe[e]n my beloved wife Sally Stephens and my children to wit Joel Stephens my son I will him the land that he lives on begining near the Dock house where the water pearsever Runing up the Ridge to the bluff of rocks thence to wards the pint [point] where the old Road cum from James Stephens house my Son James Stephens I will him the survey that he lives on with the exeption of what lies on the south side of Joel to the ridge above named my son Joshua Stephens I will him the land that he lives on also a part of the land where I now live begining on the corner near the Meating House thence to the Creek at the nearest place thence up the Creek to the Mouth of the injen branch above where he now lives my son Solamon Stephens I will him one Dollar my son William Stephens I will him one dollar my doter Pegy Murphy I will here one dollar my doter Elizabeth Cornelus I will here one dollar My doter Saly Stephens I will her one dollar all the ballance I will to my wife Sally Stephens during life or widowhood one yellow girl named Amy I will her free at thirty year of age & her posterity the land where I now live I will to my son Eslish Stephens at his mother death then Elish Parkes, Uriar Pakes to have a equo shear [an equal share] with the Ballance ["of the"] airs [heirs]

    Beginning at two black oaks and dogwood tence running S64E 84 poles to a white oak and two Hornbeams on a donditional line between said Wilson and James Ross thence N64W 100 poles to a Spanish Oak on the point of a Hill thence S35W 195 poles to the beginning
