Facts and Events
Maiden name from Kate Stein's death certificate. E.A.W.Ross' death certificate lists maiden name as 'Zuelenberg'. Birthplace from Kate Stein's death certificate. Died at Dixmont State Hospital, an insane asylum near Sewickley, PA. E-mail from Elissa Powell (Mar 9, 1998): "I also received recently "out of the blue" a cemetery reading of Dixmont. Your Eliza. Warren is in grave #125, died 5-28-73 at age 37, nativitiy PA. The typescript has no other information. I do not know if that is 1873 or 1973, but you probably do. If you let me know I will mark my copy. I would bet on 1873 since the grave number is relatively low and seems to correspond with the chronological order of deaths."
