'Shotwell, Elizabeth B: ?? , D:1736.0417, Age: ?? Parents: John Sr. & Mary'
This record is unlikely to refer to this Elizabeth, as she was married by 1736, and her husband is not identified in the death record. Note that the father is identified as John Sr, implying there were at least two John Shotwells in town, and it is possible that both had wives named Mary, or that his wife was misidentified in this record.
Note also that Joseph and Elizabeth had children from 1734 to at least 1757, so if Joseph's wife Elizabeth had died in 1736, that means he remarried another Elizabeth - not impossible, but not documented or implied in the few records I looked at.
