Elizabeth was co-adminstratrix of her husband’s will with John Allison. John had married Mary Shaw 16 Aug. 1791 in Guilford Co, NC. They migrated to Warren Co bef 1824, when he starts showing up in the records. Elizabeth and John, as adm of Robert’s will, deeded land to Elisha Pepper (her daughter Margaret’s husband) 5 Apr 1836.

Elizabeth is occasionally listed as the daughter of Patrick Shaw (1720-1804) of Guilford Co, NC. No direct support is ever given. His will mentions oldest daughter Betsy Shaw - but it seems odd that he would have his oldest daugther at age 40 or that he would refer to her by her maiden name after she had been married for 20 years.
