Elizabeth M. "Betsy" Robinson was likely born with severe mental and/or physical disabilities as she was mentioned as being in an "afflicted state" in her father James Robinson's will, as follows:

2ndly. I give the whole of my land of which I shall die possessed to my son James. But as this is a larger portion than I can give to my other children, and as my daughter Betsy is so afflicted that she will probably never marry and as justice seems to require in consequence of her afflicted state that same provision should be made for her more than my other daughters & in consideration of James' inheriting the whole of my land he is to find her a home free of expense either with himself or if she prefers living with one of her sisters if married then James is to pay such sum annually for her board as my executors shall determine. I also will that James shall possess my negro lad John. But John, James is to pay such ___ and at such time at my executors shall determine.

She is listed in the 1850 U.S. Census in Barren County, Kentucky, living with her sister Sarah Jordan and her husband Samuel Jordan and her mother Sally, then age 78. Betsy may have died prior to the 1860 Census, as she is not listed as living with her sister in that Census.
