Birth[1] 1 Nov 1710 Rowley, Essex, Massachusetts, United States
Christening[2] 5 Nov 1710 Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts, United States
Marriage 18 Apr 1734 Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts, United Statesto William Perkins (add)

Elizabeth Nelson is usually thought to have gone to Sutton with her husband who d. 1741. She is then thought to have married Cornelius Putnam and Jonathan Newell. This all appears to be incorrect. The Elizabeth who moved to Sutton had a daughter named Elizabeth who married in 1753, hence born by 1735. The only Elizabeth Perkins in Topsfield that fits is the Elizabeth Towne who married a different William Perkins in 1731/32 (William Jr.) and had a daughter Elizabeth born, as her second child, just one month after this Elizabeth married. See Which Widow Elizabeth Perkins Married Cornelius Putnam for a full discussion.
