Jennings concludes that Hancock Jr. and Elizabeth were twins born after Hancock Sr. died, since neither is mentioned in their father's will or codicils, and his 18 May 1709 codicil says that his wife was then pregnant. (Find A Grave follows this assumption.)
However, Hancock Sr. didn't mention his daughter Anne in his will or codicils either. He made provision for his sons and his first daughter Anna (see the citation from Mayflower Descendant 59:10) but not other daughters. His 18 May 1709 codicil (which can be found at Find A Grave) makes no provision for the unborn child if it is female.

"[Note: The wealth of Hancock Lee was seemingly inherited through his first wife Mary Kendall and was likely the reason why a daughter, one of two surviving children of this marriage, was mentioned.]"
