Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1791 or possibly 1802 She was the daughter of Thomas Dale and Jane (Patterson) Dale (abt.1760-abt.1844).

She married James Frazier on October 14, 1817 in Mont County KY.

She married William Higgins. (1774–Deceased) in 1835.

She passed away before 1850 or in 1870 in Kentucky.
