State of Ohio Guernsey County: Before me Rezin Addy a Justice of the peace for said County
personally appeared Elizabeth Gordon aged sixty-nine years a resident of Muskingum County in the State of Ohio who being duly sworn according to law declares that she was personally acquainted with the aforesaid Zachariah Wilson and Luranah Wilson his wife, that they cohabited together as man and wife and that she (Mrs. Gordon) has lived with said parties in his lifetime and attended Mrs. Wilson after her 3rd child was born and lived in the family at sundry times after Mrs. Wilson's confinements in said Zachariah Wilson's lifetime, that she was present and saw said Zachariah Wilson die and that the said Luranah Wilson is yet a widow and living and that I have no doubt of their (the said Zachariah Wilson and Luaranh Wilson's marriage and that I have no interest in the claim.
