After his mother's death he purchased the home farm where he had always lived. He married Hattie E. Flagler of Stillwater, January 2, 1889. They had three children. (1) Estelle G., born November 4, 1889. (2) Floyd F., born September 10, 1892, and (3) Ralph E., born May 31, 1894. Ralph died March 21, 1904. In 1911 Elisha and his family moved to Mechanicville, where he engaged in concrete work.
