The record at Edmond West, comp. Family Data Collection - Births [database online] Provo, UT, shows both Elanor & Eleanor for spellings. However, she signed her name "Elenor Smith" on the marriage cert. [in Jeremy Jordan's possession] for Edward Blackfan/Miranda Moore on 16 May 1804.
