Family:Crispin Blackfan and Martha Davis (1)

Buckingham Monthly Meeting Authorized Marriages, 1730-1810: Bucks Co., PA. The following info comes from a copy of an old beautiful hand written note that appears to be pasted together. The copy says "Marriage Certificate [for] Crispin Blackfan & Martha Davis. Recorded in Buckingham Monthly Meeting Book page 71 by [name not readable]. Then followed by date of April 14, 1756 in different handwriting. The Marriage Certificate was signed by over 70 witnesses, including the couple, then by others such as at least two other William Blackfan men, one must be his Father, though the other may have had Blackfan as the middle name. A Hannah Blackfan also signed. John Davis, Ann Davis and a Rus or Rees Davis signed.
