Russel, Elijah - born 8/15/1758 in Culpeper County, Virginia; moved abt. age 15 to Rockingham County, Virginia, thence to Greenbrier County, Virginia where entered service 1776, resided Lewisburg, in Virginia regiment; moved 1813 to Fairfield County, Ohio, where received Pension in 1833. F-S4169, R2101.
