Elias I (also Hélie or Élie) (died 11 July 1110), called de la Flèche or de Baugency, was the Count of Maine, succeeding his cousin Hugh V, Count of Maine.

He was the son of Jean de la Flèche and Paula, daughter of Herbert I, Count of Maine.

   Élie Ier ou Hélie Ier de la Flèche ou de Baugency, mort le 11 juillet 1110, fut comte du Maine de 1093 à 1110. Il était fils de Jean de Baugency, seigneur de la Flèche, et de Paula du Maine. Par sa mère, il était petit-fils d'Herbert Ier Eveille-Chien, comte du Maine.
