    Eleazer Mobley of Richmond Co., Georgia, to Thomas Burns of Fairfield Co., S.C., conveyed by Martin Haile to William Mobley 12 Feb 1764, and whereas Wm. died intestate and whereas Eleazer Mobley as his eldest son and heir hath sold sd. 100 acres therefore he makes deed to Burns for same.
