    9. JOSEPH.
    JOSEPH COOK, son of Samuel and Hope Cook, married Abigail ___. After her death, he married Eleanor Johnson, Oct. 14, 1714, and remained in Wallingford until 1743, when in the autumn of that year, he went to Goshen in Litchfield county, and was among the earliest and most prominent men in that place. He died Nov. 7, 1764, ae. 82 years.
