    Mr. Naill was the son of the late W. Wallace and Ann Baile Naill and was aged 67 years, one month and 24 days. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia P. Naill; three sons:
    Wilbur W., at home
    Arthur B., near Westminster
    Norman E., New Windsor

    Miss Fannie Naill and Mrs. Edward Byers, Dennings, sisters, also survive.

    Mr. Naill was a prosperous and successful farmer; a man of fine character, generous and kind, a good citizen and highly esteemed in his own community and by all who knew him.
