In the 1900 census for Bronx boro, New York, New York, New York, Edward Erickson is 42 born (Apr?) 1858 Sweden (parents same), emigrated 1888, 'builder', married 10 years; with wife Ida (41?) born (1858?) in Sweden (parents same), emigrated 1887, (8?) of 10 children living; children are Lillian 7 born (June 1892?)  I have not been able to locate them in the 1910 census. Several pages of likely neighborhoods in the Bronx are virtually unreadable (on HeritageQuest).
 In the 1920 census he is living with his son-in-law John Fitting in New York. {Bronx, New York, ed 367, sh.5B}  John is 30, born New York (parents same), a clerk in a railroad company.  Wife Lillian F. is 27, born in New York (parents Sweden), sons John Jr. is 3 and Edward is 10 months -- both born New York.  Listed as a separate household at the same address: [father-in-law] Edward Ericson is 61, born Sweden (parents same), emigrated (1880?), naturalized (1887?), carpenter; his wife, Ida, age 52 from Sweden (parents same), emigrated 1886; their daughter (Ebba?), 24 NY, dressmaker; son-in-law John Ingram is 25 born Scotland (parents same), clerk for railroad co.; [his wife] daughter Helen, 19 NY (parents Sweden), stenographer for railroad co. {ed 367, sh.5B, p. 260, roll 1169 HeritageQuest}
 In the 1930 census for Westchester Co., New York, Edward Ericson is 71 Sweden, married first at 32, carpenter; with wife Ida 61 Sweden, married first at 22; and daughter Ebba 31, NY, single, 'saleslady - upholstery'. Their daughter Lillian is also in Westchester Co.
