Died of Heart Disease at 56 Rose St, Fitzroy. Buried at Melbourne General Cemetery. Inscription on grave reads: In memory of our dear parents Edward Cousins Died at Fitzroy 4th June 1888 Aged 58 years also Susan wife of the above died 15th Jan 1902 Age 69 At Rest
Grave is located in the non-denominational section next to the Baptist area
Section C near the corner of East Ave and Tenth Ave signpost.
3rd row back 45 plots from the cornr right side opposite a large pine tree.

According to records the grave also contains the remains of Ruby White- daughter of Susan and Edward Charles Moore White- daughter of Edward and Susan who died 15th June 1891 aged 2 months and George son of Susan and Edward who died 7th June 1916 aged 42 are also in the grave.
Edward and Susan lived at 22 Rose St Fitzroy from at least 1880-1886
They seemed to have moved to 41 Rose St., Fitzroy in 1887 one year before Edward died. After Edward died Susan lived in 55 Rose Street Fitzroy from 1889- ?
