  1. ↑ 12/14/2005 YEAMANS, EDNA GRACE Peacefully at Lambton Meadowview Villa on Sunday, December 11, 2005, Edna Grace Yeamans, age 89. Edna was born in Belleisle, NB, was married and lived in Minto, NB until 2002 when she moved to Sarnia. She enjoyed her garden, being independent and writing letters to the members of Parliament with her opinions. She was an employee of Sears Canada, retiring in 1981. Beloved wife of the late Harold Yeamans (1979). Loved mother of Sheila and Roy McKeown. Dear sister of Shirley Gorham and her husband Bob of Long Reach, NB; Frances Matheson of Waterloo, ON; Clara Pearl of Vancouver, BC; Florence Totten of Saint John, NB. Survived by sisters-in-law Audrey of Sarnia and Sadie of Long Point, NB, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Fannie (Morrell) and George Thompson, sisters and brothers Kathleen Waddell (1984), Eva Thomson (1984), May Baird (1985), Marjorie Parlee (1987), Helen Demmons (2003), Lawrence Thompson (1951), Fraser George Thompson (1999) and Stanley Thompson (2005). A memorial service will be held at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 696 Pleasant Dr., Minto, NB (506) 327-6177 on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Interment of ashes in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, for those that wish to make donations, they may be made to St. Michael and All Angel's Church or the charity of your choice.
