Gentleman", dated 8 Apr 1803, proved 4 Dec 1805, names wife Phebe; daughter Mary Dana [already received her portion]; daughter Anna Farrar [already received her portion]; son Jonathan and son Thomas [homestead]; daughter Rachel Miles; sons Amos and Luther [already received their portion]; daughter Elizabeth. Son Jonathan executor and residual legatee. 29 Oct 1805: Assent of heirs to proving of will. Signed by Tho's Bancroft, Luther Bancroft, Tim'o Farrar, Anna Farrar, Jonas Miles, Rachel Miles, Elizabeth Bancroft, Amos Bancroft.
