    Earl Russell Martin, 59, of Somerset RD 5, died Feb. 9, 1976, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was born in National, Md., March 28, 1916. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Harry D. and Bessie (Harvey) Martin, Somerset RD 5. He was a veteran of World War II. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Robert H.Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday at 10a.m., the Rev. Charles J. Hartbauer officiating. Interment, Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg, Md.
