News-Sun, Springfield, OH on Friday, September 16, 1988: Dorothy T. Knotts, 74, formerly of Springfield and Pompano Beach, Florida, died September 14, 1988 at 9:40 p.m., in Oakwood Village. She was born, November 17, 1913 in Clark County, the daughter of Van C. and Olive (NEER) TULLIS. She was retired from General Motors accounting department, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pompano Beach, Florida and also an associate of the Northridge United Methodist Church. She is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan and Patricia TULLIS, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Bonnie TULLIS, all of South Vienna; one step-daughter and stepson-in-law, Mrs. Charles (Carolyn) PADGE, Cincinnati, Ohio; seven nieces, Karen TULLIS, Wapakoneta, Ohio, Mrs. David (Brenda) STICKNEY, South Vienna, Mrs. Thomas (Nancy) THICKEL and Melanie TULLIS, all of Dayton, Mrs. Gary (Cynthia) VERMILLION, Springfield, Janet FINCHUM, South Charleston and Mrs. Michael (Gail) FREEMAN, Troy, Michigan; two nephews, Mr. David L. and Donna TULLIS, West Liberty, and Mr. Jon R. TULLIS, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer S. in 1983. Friends may call in the Littleton Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m., Friday. Funeral services will be held there at 10:00 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Mark Dove officiating. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
