DOROTHY DIPBOYE- Miss Dorothy Dipboye, 72, Logansport, died at 10 a.m. Wednesday at her home. A native of Elwood, she was born Sept.4, 1906, the daughter of Oliver and Blanche Noland Dipboye. She was a retired nurse and had been employed with the county health department, a private physician and had been the senior high school nurse for several years. She was a member of the First United Methodist church, the Tourist's Club and was a board member of the Art Association. Surviving are: one sister, Mrs. Ruth Hillier of California; two nieces and four great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Kroeger Funeral home, Logansport, with Dr. E. Floyd Blake officiating. Burial will be in the Elwood City cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday before the service. Elwood Call Leader, Thursday, 30 November 1978 References
