Mr. Murray died Friday (Nov, 15, 1985) at Canton-Potsdam Hospital after being strickken at his home. Surviving are his wife Blanche; a son, Phillip Murray, Rochester; three daughters, Mrs. Blaire (Lois) Russell, R.D. 4, Potsdam, Mrs. Ronald (Kaye) Russell, Virginia Beach, VA.; Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Gonyea, Gouverneur; four brothers, Rodney, Reginald, and Dean Murray, all of Norwood, Russell Murray, Potsdam; and a sister, Mrs. Rene (Jean) Pelletier, Norwood; and six grandchildren. He was born in Norwood on Oct 1, 1921, son of Earl Murray and Gertrude Henderson Murray. He married Blanche Vincent in Norwood on July 18, 1942.
