Delores Ann Reed (Kocarnik), born February 17, 1930, passed away December 19, 2022.

Having lived her entire life in Scappoose Oregon, she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lillian Kocarnik, her two younger brothers Joseph and James, an infant sister, Mary Joan and her husband of 60 years, Jan Reed. She is survived by her older brother, Robert, her five children, Mark (Debbie), Paul (Anita), Maria (Tom), Lisa and Shawna (Terry), nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Delores graduated from Marylhurst College and began a career in nursing, serving her community for over 40 years. Her lifelong parish, St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church provided many opportunities for volunteering her talents where she was an organist for 70 years. As an accomplished seamstress, she had a passion for creating her own style and wardrobe and shared this talent with many others in her life as well.

Delores married Jan Reed in 1954 and together they raised their five children with all the love and kindness anyone could ever hope for, and for this we are truly grateful.
