Delbert Hiestand Jr. appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Waterloo twp., Black Hawk Co., Iowa in the household of his step-father A.G. Mitchell and his mother Susie L. Mitchell, he was age 10. They are renting their home for $15. Delbert's step-father is a steel worker in Steel Erections.
