David T. Smith was born in Jackson, TN on May 8, 1960 and joined our Lord on May 16, 2009 at Paris, Henry County, TN. 

His parents Woodrow and Tracie Hill Smith preceded him in death. He is survived by three sons, David Jr. (Felicia) of Dyersburg, TN., Craig and Sean of Beech Bluff, TN.; two daughters, Barbara Holloman (Lonnie) of Paris, TN.  and Jessica Smith, and seven grandchildren, Page, Butch, Mattie, Harley, Taylor, Ethan and Jared; one sister Alice Harris of Ward, AR.; three brothers, Bruce Smith (Cathi), Henderson, TN., Donald Smith (Chris), Franklin, TN. and Gene Smith (Gina) Adamsville, TN.

A celebration of his life will be held at Smith's Funeral Home North Chapel, Jackson, TN, on Thursday, May 21st at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson.

Visitation hours are from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. with the funeral service following conducted by Rev. Dwayne Vinson.
