DAVID, the tenth child of Richard and Phyllis was born on 30th October 1875. Re married Marion Helena Campigli in 1919 at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Camberwell, They returned to Scarsdale to continue farming on the family property.

David was a Councillor with the Grenville Shire for over 20 years and on three occasions was elected their President. Their daughters, Margaret, Christina and Mona, have remained in the Ballarat district, while their son, George, continues to farm on the original Black Hill property.
