Loughner Family History by Helen Snyder Howard lists 2 brothers:

David, b.1833 and Daniel B. b. May 27, 1834 d. May 24, 1868

There is very little documentation for David and Daniel and what little there is points to the tentative conclusion that these 2 names represent the same person.

Namely, there is a David in the 1860 Census with wife Elizabeth and children Martha and Samuel. Elizabeth Laughner (widowed) appears in the 1880 census with daughter Martha. Martha lists Daniel Laughner and Elizabeth as parents on her death certificate. Daniel died in 1868; Daniel and Elizabeth are buried in the same cemetery.

So I have put all documentation for both brothers with Daniel's record. You decide.
