    Vol. 20, p. 109 19 Feb 1742: Ebenezer Ayres of Hardwick Yeoman [and Mary the wife of the said Ebenezer] for £900 conveys to David Ayres of Hardwick Husbandman a parcel in Hardwick of 150 acres on which he now dwells.
    Vol. 26, p. 1 22 Apr 1747: David Ayres of Hardwick Husbandman [with Janes Ayres the wife of s'd David Ayres] for £70 conveys to Beriah Haws of Brookfield a parcel in Hardwick of 60 acres being part of the farm I now dwell on.
    Vol. 79, p. 138 19 Oct 1748: David Ayres of Hardwick Husbandman [and Jennett Ayres wife of the s'd David Ayres] for £750 conveys to Abner Tyler of Brookfield 56 acres in Brookfield. [Note: attested to by witness last Tuesday of March 1778. It does not indicate status of David Ayers or explain why he is unavailable, whether deceased or simply out of state.]
