  3. The intentions in Warwick call Mary of Warwick. There is no significant Ayers presence in the Warwick vital records at that time, but Source:Allred, Marilyn. Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages,, p. 13, adds an entry for David Ayers that describes him "early Proprietor in Roxbury [Canada] (Warwick) in 1760, given 50 acres in 1761, operated the first grist (corn) mill and sawmill before 1770, which he sold to Capt. John Goldsbury." This makes it almost certain Mary is his daughter, this stay overlapping the marriage of Mary Ayers of Warwick, her age being appropriate. This is a little speculative, since there is no direct evidence of her parentage, but it doesn't seem controversial, since it has been seen on a couple of Internet family trees.
