If you use mix and match styles, you can get up to 6 months, but never to a gap that would allow this to be a viable date. Phebe's date appears right, since the father's will in Feb 1744/45 talks about an unborn child and his death in April makes it impossible for him to father a child the following May, or even March. So we must assume the unnamed daughter's birth date is an error. The simplest explanation was that 11th month 1743 was intended, an old-style date meaning Jan 1743/44.]
