From "The Record" Jan 1962, pg 36: "Susannah Thorne . . . married John Okeson . . . leaving two sons: John and Daniel, the latter of whom adopted the surname Kissam. This family is described in "John Okeson of Hempstead, Long Island, and Some of His Descendants" (Rec.:91:65-74)."
