↑Source:Warren, Frank D. Descendants of John Ball, Watertown, Massachusetts, 1630-1635, p. 14 and p. 18, shows Daniel [#163] as a son of John Ball [#53] and Abigail Harrington. However, no son Daniel is named in his will (Worcester Probate #3040) which names children "sons James Samuell Nathan John Josiah Isaac Jonathan Jonas & Joseph & my Daughter Mary".There is a caveat, however, that he might be the son of Joseph Ball and Elizabeth Parkhurst. The will is not in the file, but has been recorded in Middlesex Vol. 19, p. 52, does not in his 1730 will name any son Daniel, naming only sons Peter (eldest) and David (youngest, b. 1716/17).
