    Ann Dunn of Lewis County, Missouri,
    First it is my will that my executor sell all my interest in the estate of my late husband Zephaniah Dunn deceased and also all my other property and the money to be disposed as follows
    1) to my brother Joseph V. Harrison of Benton county, Missouri, $105
    2) to my niece Cyntia Ann Pringle daughter of Joseph V. Harrison $100 to purchase a home for her
    3) all the remainder to my sister Clarissa Gunn of the State of Ohio and her daughter Anna Gunn to be equally divided between them, that is Clarissa to have her portion during her lifetime and what remains to be equally divided between all her children.
    I appoint my friend William Hagood the executor of this my last will and testament
