Christopher Osgood (Christopher), of Andover, Mass.; born 1643; died 1723; … After the marriage of his mother to Deacon Rowell at Andover, Mass., he sold out the estate left him by his father in Ipswich, and moved to Andover, Mass., where dwelt the children of John Osgood; there he resided till his decease, 1723. He was a millwright, as was also the William Osgood of Salisbury. He built Frye's mills in Andover. He was Captain, and Representative from Andover 1690."

Will of "Christopher Osgood of Andover", dated 24 Jul 1722, proved 10 Jun 1723, names wife Sarah, and son Jerimaih Osgood after her disceace, "daughters which I have had by her: viz: to my daughter Rebeckah Carnow ... second daughter Lydia Ballerd ... my other three daughters - Anne : Martha and Mary"; eldest son Christopher Osgood, youngest son Jeremiah, son Ezekiel Osgood he to "pay his sisters ... daughter hannah Caurlton ... daughter dorathy Annise ... daughter Abigail Caurlton ... daughter priscilla Russell ["her husband being dead"] ... daughter Sarah Gray ... daughter Esther Langdon". Wife Sarah to be executrix and son Jeremiah when of full age to be executor and eldest son Christoper to be overseer.
