Christian served as bondsman for four of his daughters in Caswll Co, NC up to 22 Dec 1828. Soon after, he moved with his son Obediah "Obe" to what is now Muhlenberg County, Ky, in the vicinity of Clifty and Deerlick, and was living with Obe in 1850, age 80. Zepporiah evidently died prior to the 1850 census. Obediah came to Kentucky in 1838. He made a trip by covered wagon to Caswell Co, N.C. to bring Christian back to Muhlenberg County with him. This was in the early 1840's.

Barbara Morehead lists several unnamed children of Christian and Zepporiah, born about: 1794-1802 (2children) 1802-1804 1804-1810 1810-1820 (2 children)
