"Chester A. Staffeld, 76, of 1004 49th Ave. Drive W., died Saturday (Jan. 2, 1982) in Blake Memorial Hospital.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bayshore Funeral Home, 5827 14th St. W., with the Rev. John LaMotte officiating. Burial will be in Manasota Memorial Park.

Born in Detroit, Mr. Staffeld came to this area from there in 1973. He worked as a clerk supervisor for the U.S. Post Office. He attended First Presbyterian Church, Sarasota,
