C Dale Snyder Retired self-employed farmer

C Dale Snyder, 92, of West SR 12, Fostoria, died at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, Mar ch 7, 1999, in St. Catherine's Care Center, Fostoria.

He was born in Risingsun, Sept. 26, 1907, to Ora and Ada (Boyd) Snyde r. In February 1929, in IN, he married Leola Grace Grant, who died M ay 2, 1998.

Survivors include: a son, Jim Snyder of Fostoria, five grandchildren, 14 g reat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Also preceding him in death were six brothers, Orie, Dee, Bill, Lyle, Bu ck and Max Snyder; and two sisters, Bessie Ecker and Dora Kissling.

Mr. Snyder retired in 1973 as a self-employed farmer and the former own er and operator of the Kwik Shake Restaurant in Fostoria.

A 1926 graduate of Jackson Liberty High School, he was a former memb er of the Jackson Twp Grange.

The Rev. Ruth Solo will be the officiant at the 1:30 p.m. Thursday servi ce in the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria. Interment will be in Zi on Lutheran Cemetery, rural Fostoria.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Seneca CO.
