Charles Stevens agrees to suffer timber to be taken of the tract of 1,000 acres out of which the said Charles Stevens have this day conveyed to John Lightfoot 300 acres, sufficient for one house of sixteen foot long and twelve foot wide and one other of the same dimensions, another of twelve and seventeen foot, another of sixteen and fifty-two.
