    NYE CHARLES "CHUCK" EDWARD NYE, age 42, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at the Cleveland Clinic. Born June 18, 1967, in Cleveland, OH, the son of William Robert Nye Sr. and Joanne White Nye. Chuck graduated from Grand Valley High School, in Orwell, OH and received his BA from The College of Wooster and MBA from West Virginia University. Chuck is survived by his wife, Susan Stack Nye of Westlake, his three children, Robert Roland, Madelyn Taylor and Charles Lincoln Nye all at home. His mother, Joanne White Nye, of Hartsgrove and his three siblings, William Robert Nye Sr., of Hartsgrove, David Perry Nye, of Hartsgrove and Sarah Nye Pick, of Naperville, IL. Chuck was preceded in death by his father, William Robert Nye Sr. Chuck was a founding partner of Midwest Investment Management LLC. He was a member of the Beaver Creek Gun Club. He served on the board of the Near West Theater. He was active in the Grand River Valley and Western Reserve Land Conservatory organizations. A memorial service will be held at the Church Of The Covenant, at 11205 Euclid Ave., University Circle, in Cleveland on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at 2 p.m., with burial service to follow, at 4:30 p.m., at Hartsgrove Cemetery. VISITATION HOURS WILL BE HELD AT THE CIRCLE CREEK CABIN, 5609 US ROUTE 6, HARTSGROVE, OH 44085 FROM 6 - 8 P.M., FOLLOWING THE BURIAL. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to the Charles E. Nye foundation, Dollar Bank.
