Know all Men by these Presents that we Jane Jackson, James Gwatkins and John Lynn are held and firmly bound to Foushee Tebbs, Henry Peyton, Howson Hooe, and Lynaugh Helm, Gent. Justices of the Court of Prince William County, now sitting, in the sum of two hundred pounds . . .
The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bound Jane Jackson administrix of the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of Charles Jackson deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said Deceased . . .
