Their children were Solon R., who died three years ago in Indianapolis, Indiana, Charles H., of Enderlin, N.D., Mrs. Mary E. Torrey of this city [Morris, MN] and Franklin E., who lives on the old farm in New York..... Charles Henderson came down from Enderlin before his father died and also his son Edgar of Buttsville, N.D., but the latter was called home before the funeral on account of the illness of one of his children...." 1933 The Norwood News, May 24, 1933: Frank Henderson last Monday received a letter from his sister, Mrs. Mary Tory, advising of the death of Charles H. Henderson, age 81, who died May 17. Death was due to double pneumonia. Surviving are his two sons, Ernest and Parry, one sister Mrs. Mary Tory of Morris, Minn., and one brother, Frank of this village. |
