    In the name of God Amen the last day of October in the thirteenth yeare of the raigne of our soveraine Lord George of Greate Britaine etc. King Defender of the Faith etc. and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred twenty and six I Charles Bembow of Pen y Castle in the parish of Llanidloes in the diocese of Bangor yeom. being in perfect health mind and memory I therefore make this my last Will and testament in manner following First of all I bequeath my soule to Almighty God my Creator hoping for Salvation through the merrits and passion of Christ Jesus my redeemer As for my body I bequeath to the Earth to be decently interred att the discretion of my Executors herafter named and as for my Personall Estate wherewith itt hath pleased God to bestow on me I bequeath the same in manner following First I give and bequeath unto my loving wife the summe of fower pounds of lawfull money of greate Britaine to be paid her quarterly by my Executors hereafter named every yeare dureing her naturall life the fist payment to be made her within three moneths next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my son in law Edward Jarman the summe of twenty shillings to be paid him within three moneths next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne the summe of five shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the summe of five shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the summe of five shillings And as for all the rest and residue of my personal estate I give and bequeath unto my two sons John Bembow and Charles Bembow equally to be devided betweene them And I doe hereby constitute and apointe my said two sons John Bembow and Charles Bembow joynt Executors of this my will and testament hereby revoaking all former & other wills be me made In witnes whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seale even the day and yeare first above written
