Charlene E. Crumrine, 71, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at UPMC Hanover Hospital, Hanover, PA. Born June 23, 1951, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Pauline C. (Gebhart) Wiles. Charlene was the loving wife of the late William B. Crumrine, Jr. with whom she shared over 37 wonderful years of marriage until his passing on February 21, 2015. Charlene graduated from South Western High School in 1969. She worked for the United States Postal Service and later as a flight attendant for SouthWest Airlines until her retirement. Charlene was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover, PA. She loved skiing, hiking, and travelling the world seeing and experiencing the beauty God has created. Charlene is survived by her sister, Oona M. Buhr and husband Eugene R. Buhr of Hanover, PA; nieces, Pam Klinedinst and husband Robert, Kimberly Farnaro and husband Joseph, and Tina Ketterman; many great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews, two stepchildren, William B. “Chip” Crumrine III and wife Michele, and Jodi Bunty and husband Rick; a step-son-in-law, Robert Ormond; step-grandchildren, Michael R. Ormond and wife Jennifer; Robert L. Ormond, Jr. and wife Renee, Taylor Musselman and husband David; and 5 step-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Terri L. Ormond.
