I do affirm that as the administrator of the estate of Catharine Weydemoyer late of Tinicum Township, deceased, I will well and truly administer the Goods and Chattels, Rights and Credits of said deceased, according to law; and that I will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to Collateral Inheritances. That the said decedent died on the twenty sixth day of September A. D. 1900 at 8 o'clock A. M. /s/ Wilson Lear Affirmed and subscribed before me the first day of October 1900. /s/ John T. Sir: We the undersigned, children and heirs of Catharine Weydemoyer late of the township of Tinicum, Bucks County, PA, deceased, do hereby renounce all our right to Letters of Administration upon the estate of said deceased, and request you to appoint Wilson Lear, Esq. of Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Administrator of said estate.
